What's our policy on exchanges?
14 Day Returns and Exchanges Durhams Tackle always wants you to get what you want, but in the event that you would like to exchange or return an item please refer to the back of your invoice for directions. The item must be unopened and unused. The customer is responsible for the shipping back to DURHAMS TACKLE and the shipping to get the exchanged products back to you. If you have a question that your invoice does not address please call and speak with a customer service representative who will give you return information specific to the product you are returning.
What's our policy on back orders?
All items in our store are normally stocked merchandise unless otherwise marked. With in-store sales, phone sales and Internet sales, there is no way to fully have an "on hand" count of merchandise. So once in a while, these regular stocked items may have to be back ordered. If that's the case, we will ship you what is in stock, and send you the rest when it arrives, at no extra cost to you.
What's our policy on defective products?
Durhams Tackle wants you to be completely satisfied with everything that we offer. This begins from the site all the way to the product you select. Product that is deemed defective either from the manufacturer or Durhams Tackle. All products should be shipped back to Durhams Tackle where our quality control department will examine it and do the following: Consider it defective through Durhams Tackle standards, and immediately ship your replacement or refund your money. Or Contact the manufacturer to see if they cover the defective merchandise, then contact you with the information we have received.
